Is there a payment plan available?
Yes, we offer a two-payment plan for the CPRES certification course. For pricing details and payment options, contact us at 562-421-3539. Both the full payment and two-payment plan provide the same complete access to the certified probate real estate specialist training.
Are there any renewal fees?
No. CPRES certification is a one-time investment with no renewal fees. Once you obtain your certified probate real estate specialist designation, you can use it for as long as you practice real estate.
The optional CPRES Support membership provides ongoing training and resources, but your certification itself never expires and requires no annual renewal.
How long does the course take?
The CPRES certification course takes approximately 5 hours to complete. It includes 11 sections plus bonus content, covering all aspects of becoming a certified probate real estate specialist.
The course is self-paced—some students complete it in one day, others spread it over several weeks. Once you finish the content and pass the exam, you can immediately begin marketing yourself as a probate real estate specialist.
How is the exam administered?
The CPRES certification exam is online and consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. You need a 75% score to pass (at least 19 correct answers). The exam is self-paced and accessible through your course dashboard. Retakes are available if needed.
After passing, you'll receive your certified probate real estate specialist designation immediately.
Do you offer live classes?
Yes. In addition to the self-paced online CPRES certification course, we offer live Zoom workshops throughout the United States. These workshops provide interactive learning, networking with other probate real estate specialists, and hands-on practice with instructors.
